Sanibel Home Interiors - Payment, Delivery and Returns
Payment - Sanibel Home Interiors accepts payment securely through Cardsave and PayPal.
Why Cardsave? Cardsave are a third party card handling service who will process most credit cards and visa debit cards via a secure 3D encrypted network. Cardsave utilise Streamline who are the No 1 Card Processor in the UK and Europe. If you select the 'Cardsave' option you will be taken to a secure site where you will be asked to input your credit or debit card details. Sanibel Home Interiors does NOT get access to your cards details so they remain totally secure.
Why PayPal? Paypal is a safer, faster, more secure way to pay online; your financial details are never shared. Major credit and debit cards are accepted and buyers/customers do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method.
If you do not wish to use Cardsave or PayPal and would prefer to send a cheque then the minimum order when paying by cheque is £50.00. If wishing to pay by cheque then please contact us on 07766059222 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can take down the details of your proposed order to make sure that the stock is available as you will not be able to complete the transaction on-line. We will reserve the stock for 7 days pending receipt of your cheque which needs to be made payable to Sanibel Home Interiors and sent to Sanibel, 6 Ecton Lane, Sywell, Northampton, NN60BA. Please make sure that you clearly state the item(s) you wish to buy and make sure you include your contact and delivery details with the cheque. If payment is made by cheque then the item(s) cannot be sent to you until payment has cleared.
Prices - We will endeavour to keep prices competitive and fair and will minimise price increases. Increases will occur occasionally inline with market pricing, trade costs and courier/postal increases.
Postage and Packaging - Postage within the UK mainland is now FREE!
We do NOT currently ship routinely to Europe or North America but would welcome enquiries from customers who are interested in our products. Please either call 07766059222 or email us with details of the items that you would like to purchase and we will get back to you with details of shipping costs. Any taxes incurred as a result of shipping outside of the UK are payable by the customer on receipt of the products. I am sorry but we cannot ship to the rest of the world at this time.
All items to Mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail or a reputable courier. The courier method is used for individual items or multiple items, which collectively weigh over 2kg. Occasionally items will be dispatched seperately, this epecially relates to personalised items and those which are handmade as these are made to order and thus dispatch time will vary to stock items. The text relating to the product items indicates whether or not dispatch is likely to be delayed. In all other cases dispatch will be within one to two working days.
Proof of postage is always obtained. Occasionally items will need a signature; this will be dependent on the value and size of the package dispatched. Sanibel Home Interiors will tell you by email if you will be required to sign for your package.
By offering FREE Postage on all items we are in effect absorbing the cost of the delivery and packaging in order to try and keep the overall cost of the product as reasonable and competitive as possible. We strive to use as much recycled material as possible whilst not cutting corners on packaging thus doing our utmost to ensure your goods arrive safely and in tip-top condition.
Delivery - We aim to dispatch your item(s) to you within 1-2 working days. Our aim with regards delivery is 3 - 5 days but usually and more often than not less. SALE items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class unless otherwise stated. Sanibel Home Interiors cannot be held responsible for matters outside of our control relating to weather conditions affecting postal/courier services and or postal strikes, which ultimately delay the arrival of your package.
Damaged or Faulty - Sanibel Home Interiors will ensure that all items are hand checked and packed carefully before posting. If your item does arrive damaged please let us know either by telephone on 07766059222 or be email at email@example.com on the day of delivery. We will contact you and make the necessary arrangements with regards replacement or refund.
Returns - If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us either for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Postage costs for returning goods cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be made to the Credit / Debit Card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase. Personalised or bespoke items CANNOT be returned.
If one of your purchases is from a third party supplier i.e. craftsman then they will provide a returns address should that be necessary with the package. If in doubt please contact Sanibel Home Interiors and we will ensure you have all of the information that you need should you not be satisfied.
